Counselors may need to revisit many learner conversations while tracking goals, constraints, documents, and deadlines. Our hypothesis is that a reviewable context brief and a useful follow-up draft could reduce repetitive catch-up work while keeping the counselor in charge.

Planned workflow: assemble approved notes and relevant conversation details, show the source, draft the next message in the learner’s preferred language, then let the counselor edit and send it.

If discovery and pilots show repeated value, test a per-counselor subscription. Pricing, demand, integrations, and willingness to pay are not established yet.

The product direction is ahead of the code.
The repository now contains an early evaluation build of the counselor workflow, powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. It collects de-identified learner context and prepares a counselor-reviewable brief plus an editable follow-up draft in English, Hindi, or Telugu. It does not yet have team workspaces, persistent learner records, WhatsApp or CRM integrations, or message sending.

Evaluate whether the brief is correct, useful, and easy to correct; track time saved and unsafe or unsupported suggestions before making outcome claims.

Why start in India
Continuity should travel across languages.
Education and admissions decisions can take several conversations. Baatwise’s starting thesis is that small counseling teams need a practical way to carry forward a learner’s goals, constraints, and next steps across English and Indian languages—while keeping people responsible for every recommendation and message.
This is a product hypothesis from an unincorporated early-stage project. The first market and workflow still need customer discovery.
